Practice Just “Being”

No video today!

I’m sure many of you had a jam packed weekend, so today is all about how we can incorporate moments of rest into our day-to-day rituals. 

Appreciating the moments we get to just “be”.

How do you practice shutting off?

Your only homework today is to give yourself At Least 10-20 minutes of your day to just be.

This means no worrying about getting things done.

No stressing about what to do next.

Just relax and allow yourself to receive that moment fully and appreciate the stillness.
